Bookings

Meads Hall can be flexible in its layout.  The capacity of the Main Hall can be increased by opening the dividing doors to the dining area.  The Salwey Room can be accessed separately to the Main Hall and there is also a connecting door from the Salwey Room to the dining area.

A minimum of one hour per booking followed by 15 minute increments.  Each booking must include setting up and clearing up time.  

Children’s Parties – Main Hall & Kitchen 4 hours; weekday £60, weekend £75; refundable damage and cleaning deposit £100.

Kitchen – There is a £10 charge per session for use of the kitchen

The refundable damage and cleaning deposit is required to secure the booking.  Out of this 1/3 of the booking fee will be retained as the non-refundable deposit should the booking be cancelled.  This will be shown as a credit to the balance which is payable one month prior to the booking.

Meads Hall is pleased to participate in the MCA Affinity card promotion for one-off events.  Should you be an MCA member, kindly mention this at the time of booking for the 10% discount to apply.

*A regular booking is one that is repeated a minimum of 8 times per year.  Weekly bookings are payable monthly in advance.
