Bookings

Meads Hall can be flexible in its layout.  The capacity of the Main Hall can be increased by opening the dividing doors to the Club Room.  The Salwey Room can be accessed separately to the Main Hall and there is also a connecting door from the Salwey Room to the Club Room.

A minimum of one hour per booking followed by 15 minute increments.  Each booking must include setting up and clearing up time.  

Children’s Parties – Main Hall & Kitchen 4 hours; weekday £60, weekend £75; refundable damage and cleaning deposit £100.

Kitchen – There is a £10 charge per session for use of the kitchen

PA System & Projector – There is an additional charge for the use of the PA system and projector.  Please ask when booking.

The refundable damage and cleaning deposit is required to secure the booking.  Out of this 1/3 of the booking fee will be retained as the non-refundable deposit should the booking be cancelled.  

Meads Hall is pleased to participate in the MCA Affinity card promotion for personal one-off events.  Should you be an MCA member, kindly mention this at the time of booking for the 10% discount to apply.

*A regular booking is one that is repeated a minimum of 8 times per year.  Weekly bookings are payable monthly in advance.
